CHH takes a hard line against corruption of any kind, unethical business practice and behaviour, theft, fraud or any practice or activity that contravenes the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

As part of inculcating an ethical culture and conduct we have formulated and adopted a Code of Conduct to regulate our employee and all our relevant stakeholders conduct and ethics. The Code is reviewed annually and subjected to the review and approval by the Board.

Acceptance and offering of gifts, hospitality favours

Use of Company resources

Protection of whistle blowers
