Ms. Kweyama obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Witwatersrand in 1999. She has extensive commercial experience working in a number of international companies. She served as Group Executive of Human Resources & Industrial Relations at Allied Technologies from 2003 to 2008. She served as Group Executive of Global HR, Transformation and Sustainability at Barloworld Ltd from 2008 to 2011.
She also served as Executive Head of Human Resources at Anglo American Platinum Limited from 2011 to 2012 and Executive Director of Anglo American Southern Africa Limited from 2012 to 2015. More recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Business Unity SA from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Kweyama has won a number of awards throughout her career. For example, she was selected as the “Most Influential Woman in the Mining, Resources and Extractive Sector” from 2012 to 2015 and was recognised as one of the “100 Most Inspiring Women in Mining” in 2014 and 2015.
Ms. Kweyama has also been appointed to various offices at national and statutory bodies. She was appointed to the Employment Equity Commission in South Africa from 2008 to 2012 and elected Vice President of the Chamber of Mines in South Africa in 2013 and 2014. She is a member of both the National Planning Commission and Gauteng Eminent Persons Group, and previously also was Chairperson of the Interim Board of the SABC and PRASA.
Mogopodi Mokoena is the Managing Director of Chancellor House Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
Mr Mokoena has extensive knowledge and experience in various fields ranging from financial management and auditing, policy development, strategic planning, strategic economic infrastructure development, urban development, trade and investment promotion, programme management, and general management. He holds an Honours Degree in B.Com Accounting from the University of South Africa.
An advocate of the High Court of South Africa, Lentswe is a highly accomplished individual. With over 20 years’ experience acquired in various fields, with strong analysis, networking, strategy, project management, leadership and management, mentoring, diplomatic and negotiation skills. He has a strong involvement in community development, arts, culture, heritage as well as environment and sustainable development areas. He has an acquired experience in military justice,aviation law, municipal law, labour law and entertainment law.
Martin obtained his B.Com degree at Wits University in 2001 and an Honors Degree at the University of Natal in 2003. He was registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as CA in May 2007 and in March 2009 he was admitted to the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) as a registered auditor.
He has completed a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Management Development Program (MDP) offered by Wits University and Martin also obtained his Financial Sector Conduct Authority RE05 certificate (Representatives in all Categories of FSPs) in October 2018.
Martin began his career at KPMG in 2004 where he gained valuable audit experience as a Trainee Auditor, in 2006 September he was promoted to Audit Supervisor where he was responsible for managing and supervising audit assignments. In May 2007 he joined the KPMG Corporate Finance Division where he obtained experience in the Finance Advisory space.
Martin left KPMG in December 2008 to join the University of South Africa (UNISA) as Senior Lecturer where he lectured Auditing to the B.Com Honors Class.
In 2009 Martin founded Malamba Enterprise Development Services, which in 2011 was reestablished to Harvest Chartered Accountants Inc. In 2014 he founded the Harvest Group.
In 2015 Martin was one of the SAICA Top 35 CA under the age of 35 finalists. In 2016 Martin won the SAPSA Young Professional of the Year in Commerce, Law and Management Award.
